Boiler & Plant Servicing & Repairs

We service and repair all commercial gas boilers and calorifiers (hot water cylinders) as well as all related plant equipment and plumbing such as pumps, valves, pressurisation units etc.

It is especially important to keep plant equipment regularly serviced and in top condition as any breakdowns can cause a lot of hassle for you and your business. Keeping your boiler serviced and running efficiently is particularly important in a commercial environment due to the large capacity and long running hours which mean that any inefficiencies can result in large increases in your gas bill.

We currently look after clients ranging from high end 75 bed care homes and large hotels with big dedicated plant rooms, through factories, pubs and office blocks to small shops with a single boiler - nothing is too large/small.

Pipework purging & testing

As commercial specialists we can test and certify your gas pipework installation. In commercial properties many insurers require this is done annually and if you are a commercial landlord it is a legal requirement along with safety checks of any gas appliances.

If you need gas pipework moved or completely cut out then we can isolate, purge and cap it leaving it safe for any alterations you may be making to your building. Whatever testing or altering of pipework you require please get in touch.
